PIONEER BUILDERS OF ELLINGTON, INC. is a new home construction company. The company president, Tom Savage, has been in residential construction since 1977. Pioneer Builders was established in 1986 and incorporated in 1988. We have built many homes over the last 20-plus years, always with customer satisfaction and value for the dollar as our primary goals.
Our past subdivisioins in Ellington, CT include: Birch View Drive, Lookout Landing, Overlook Pass, Foster Drive and Abbott Road. Our current development is Middlefield Estates on Middle Road in Ellington, CT.
We have built many homes through-out Tolland County and will provide references upon request.
